基面清洗，用清洁剂、钢丝刷、抹布，尽可能将前面清洗干净，但尽可能不破坏原来表层光泽。
接下来是涂刷方法：
用刷子将透明防水胶涂刷于墙面，饰面砖接缝处涂刷时要特别仔细。
一般涂刷2-3遍即可，要注意**遍干固后，在涂刷下一遍，且涂刷方向应纵横交错。
注意，外墙透明防水胶在施工中施工温度适宜5-45摄氏度，施工时保证空气流畅。施工后两天内，注意防雨淋、强晒或寒冻。工具及设备使用后请立即用水清洗。

注意事项

不能在5℃以下或雨中施工，不要在特别又不通风的中施工，否则会影响成膜；
